  1. We ship your orders on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from Berlin, Germany. Orders usually ship within 24 - 48 hours after you place them, but this can take a few days longer during busy periods. 
  2. You get an e-mail with your DHL tracking number as soon as the package leaves.
  3. Please check your tracking link if you wonder where your package is.
  4. For returns in Europe: check the returns portal.
  5. Return shipment costs will be deducted from your refund.
